Introduction of Mother Teresa

Mother Teresa was born on 26 August 1910, in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. He was raised in an Albanian family called Agnes Gonza Boyajiju. His father’s name was Nikola Boyaju and mother’s name was Drana Boyaju. Mother Teresa’s real name was Agnes Gonza Boyajiju. In the Albanian language, ‘gonza’ means ‘flower bud’. She was a bud that filled the lives of the poor and needy with the fragrance of love. She was the youngest of 5 siblings.

Teresa was a beautiful, hardworking and studious girl. Teresa loved reading and singing. She had the experience that she would spend her whole life in human service. He decided to give up the traditional clothes and wear a blue sari and started working for the service of humanity from then on.

In 1996 Mother Teresa’s missionary organization had opened 755 homeless homes in about 125 countries, starving some 500,000 people. Teresa opened ashrams under the names of ‘Nirmal Hriday’ and ‘Nirmala Shishu Bhavan’. The function of ‘Nirmal Hriday’ Ashram was to serve the sick patients, while the ‘Nirmala Shishu Bhavan’ Ashram was established to help orphans and homeless children, where they volunteered to help the afflicted patients and the poor.

Mother Teresa was the epitome of humanity. She is a well-known personality for human service and public welfare, whose mother’s feelings begin to overflow in her mind as soon as she is named. They are living examples of humanity. Mother Teresa worked for the service of humanity. Mother Teresa served the poor. Mother Teresa is one of those great people who lives just for others. Mother Teresa was such a great soul. He devoted his entire life to the service and welfare of the people. The world needs such great people, who consider the service of humanity as the greatest religion.

Honors and awards

Mother Teresa received many international honors and awards for her service to humanity. In the year 1962, the Government of India awarded him the Padma Shri in appreciation of his spirit of social service and public welfare. In the year 1980, he was decorated with ‘Bharat Ratna’, the highest civilian honor of the country. Mother Teresa was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for her missionary work around the world and for helping the poor and helpless.

Death

In 1983 at the age of 73, he had his first heart attack. At that time Mother Teresa went to Rome to meet Pope John Paul Dwitiya. This was followed by a second heart attack in 1989. His health deteriorated with age. He resigned as head of Missionaries of Charity on March 13, 1997, and died on September 5, 1997.
